Whether it is a democracy or a republic that is putting forth the individuals that will negotiate for the people, if the intents are not pure the negotiation is not genuine because the outcome has been predetermined. Negotiation is empowered by a mutual understanding of the oppositions true situation. Truth becomes the most important factor of negotiation, truths about wants and needs or the differences therein, respected by sacredness in time serve negotiation.

Information does not become knowledge until it is tested in time by the sacred awareness we gain with the perceptions of existence. A need is vital, immediate, whereas many desires must be satisfied eventually, just like dreams, if people are to be happy.
