The homeless have different and very real fears. All visceral and immediate, short term. Our political, democratic process should never leave these people out just because they do not have a television and telephone to use in the needed election reform. The homeless pollute less that any other humans of our earth with the exception of the indigenous peoples who naturally lived sustainable lifestyles before colonization.
